Gifty Aduamah

Business Development Director

Gifty Aduamah is a marketing practitioner whose career has taken her across various industries and functions in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Rwanda. She is a Chartered Marketer with 13 years’ marketing experience and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK).

Gifty has worked in internationally-recognized, challenging and competitive marketing and business environments that have helped sharpen her skills and gain valuable industry experience. She shared this knowledge by tutoring at Harley Reed Ghana Ltd and Simon Page College of Marketing (Ghana), both Accredited CIM Study Centers as an Accredited CIM Tutor, from 2015 to 2020 with a record of achieving 100% Pass Rate in Marketing, Customer Experience, Integrated Communications, Mastering Metrics and Driving Innovation modules. She also partnered the formation of ATROSSY Ltd, a Real Estate and Marketing Consultancy firm in Ghana in 2017.

She oversaw marketing of Doctoral Programmes and recruitment of Doctoral Candidates at Nobel International Business School (NiBS) in Lagos, Nigeria and subsequently worked as a Multidisciplinary Consultant for Extramarks Education SA, an E-learning Solution Developer in South-Africa with branches in UAE, Singapore and India. Until her relocation to Rwanda in 2021, Gifty was the Head of Marketing and PR (West Africa) at Transnational Academic Group (TAG)/Lancaster University Ghana as well as an Examinations Board Member at the Chartered Institute of Marketing - Ghana (CIMG). She is currently the Director of Marketing & Institutional Advancement (DOMIA) at University of Kigali (UoK), Kigali, Rwanda.
